Our Founder

Brian “B” Marable is an author, filmmaker, speaker, coach, and youth mentor dedicated to helping student-athletes maximize their potential on and off the court.

As the founder of Gone Too Far Entertainment and Marable Media Publishing, he creates books, educational resources, documentaries, and leadership programs that inspire preparation, character, and lifelong success. He wrote and directed the documentary THE PROCESS and authored THE PROcess® book.

Meet the Team

Brian Marable

President and Founder

Brian is a veteran of the entertainment industry having held positions in Marketing, Development and Brand Management. He also has an extensive career in Artist Management. He is responsible for Brand Development, Project Development, Screen Writing and Directing. He received his degree in Marketing from Hampton University.

Ralph Crump

VP of Creative Arts and Production

Ralph is head of our Creative Arts and Production Division. He has an extensive background in Art, Illustration, Layout and Design. He is responsible for the production of all content, including Art Direction and Cinematography.

Wes Pollard

VP of Marketing

Wes is our business/project management expert with over 30 years of experience managing multimillion dollar projects for the cities of Washington DC, Pittsburgh, New Orleans, and Princeton. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from Temple University.

Marc Jones

VP of Finance and Operations

Marc is responsible for creating, implementing and leading company budgeting as well as reviewing and implementing company goals and initiatives. He received his bachelor’s of science degree from Morgan State University.

Monica C. Andralliski

VP of Business Administration

She started her career at IBM which led her career in the direction of office management and project management in various industries. Those experiences, and her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to start up her own company in 2014, whose clients include Grammy Award winning artist Lupe Fiasco and several executives in the legal, real estate and music industry. Monica has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management from Concordia College.

Rae-Anne Richards

Social Media Manager

She manages social media for The PROcess documentary, creating and scheduling engaging content like Motivational Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays, and interview clips. She highlights key moments from the film, including player stories and expert insights, to build audience engagement and promote the documentary’s message of perseverance in professional basketball.
